Hello Choose 180 Challenge to day is this first day of my personal challenge to do what I want to do. I have never been a person that is content with having one goal/challenge so I have selected several.
Health: I want to get into shape and workout 4-6 times per week. I haven't worked out lately nearly as much as I used to and everything about me is being affected by this, my mood, my body, my soul. I know that when I workout I feel happier so I am going to get back into that habit. I am also going to eat better as a vegan I have to be smart about what I'm eating and in the past month or so I have been purchasing much less healthy food than I used to anPd once again my mood and body are being negatively affected by these choices. I love fruits and veggies but I have not been buying them like I used to and I miss that.
Professionally: Ever since I was a little girl I have dreamed of being an actress yet I haven't done anything to make that dream a reality so I am going to try my hardest to make that dream a reality. I went to college because it was what my parents wanted and now it is time to do what I want.....I'm not getting any younger. If I don't reach that goal at the very least I WANT to find a new job because each day I go to work I feel like part of my soul dies.
Creatively: For the past three years I have participated in NaNoWrMo (National Novel Writing Month) however I have never finished the stories I've started and this year I want to finish one of them. Recently I got a guitar in the mail and I want to learn to play it, after all what is the point in having an instrument if it sits in its case?
I am sure there are other things I want to do during this challenge but for now I want to focus on these and hopefully accomplish 3 or more of them. We only have one life and it is MUCH to short to be unhappy and not try as many things as possible. I will try to post a little something every day but my life is kind of crazy so we will see.
Things I accomplished today:
45 minute run
Ate pretty healthy protein bar, fruit, whole wheat pasta and veggies, hummus & pretzels, Silk fruit and protein drink, water, and crystal light lemonade.
