It's been a week since starting the Choose180 challenge, for me it's been a crazy week with working and school, but I've been working out and I definitely feel the burn after working out. I've been walking my dogs around the neighborhood twice every Tuesday and Thursday, and then continue to work out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Saturday being my day off. If I cant work out one day then I work out twice as hard the next day. I've been eating healthier, having more vegetables and homecooked meals than fast food and frozen dinners. Even my family has gotten on the bandwagon with me to eat healthier. I hope to write on here every day, if not every week to share what I'm doing.
