So my "excuse" for not posting, I have been forgetting about it. But the real reason, I've been ashamed and felt like I was already failing cause I haven't technically exercised really the last few days. Then I thought of pushing the stroller at work while walking. And then I ate out all weekend because it was my dad's birthday on Saturday. But the last two days I've done better with eating. Snacks have been yogurt and applesauce, like trying to stay away from carbs, but when working day care it is hard. But I'm feeling better about it and trying to get in a frame of mind that everything is gonna turn out the way it should.
