Well after one week done i have had lots of up and just a few downs. I feel good about myself for sticking with this... I have exercised every day, maybe one day I exercised to much but i enjoyed myself while doing the classes. i have continued to eat healthy and make good choices while out with family and friends.. I plan to continue to work out and watch what I am eating...i am going to keep Choose 180! Day 8 was good-ate a really good salad and had no soda today! and it may just be me but i think I can see the difference in the way my clothes are fitting-but I just may be thinking that they are.
