I am wanted to become healthier in my mind set, food choices and lifestyle. The biggest thing for me is to believe in myself while going after whatever I want. I used to never go for anything because I felt I never would make it. Having confidence and a healthier mind set about myself has given me so much freedom and strength. By letting the negative emotions out on the table and talking about my issues, I feel like it has been lifted off my chest. I am finally able to breath. However, for this to be successful, I have to continue to eat healthier, stay open minded, stand up for myself and not feel like I'm alone. Since I am a college student, it isnt always easy to eat healthy or have access to nutritious foods but I am working on changing my eating habits. I have never been the one to be open and outgoing. I have little confidence and I have struggled with depression before. Even if we face certain obstacles, we can overcome them to make a change in our lives. This challenge will give me a way to continue staying positive, eating healthy and believe that I'm enough.
