I finally decided no matter what I'm gonna do this. Might go running around my work during my break for 30 minutes every other day...starting tomorrow. Then actual work outs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday/Sunday. I talked to my family and we decided to eat better as a family, more fruits and veggies, less carbs and junk food.
Today my food choices could have been a lot better. Work is gonna be a hard place to get the food right. Need to take healthy food to eat. I work at a day care and one of the things is that it's supposed to be "family style". I sometimes don't think it's a good idea to try to diet and work day care, cause of this reason. I'm going to take some yogurt and try to do better.
I will say that I am proud of myself. In less than a year I lost 20 pounds. I didn't really watch what I ate, but I did do walking while pushing strollers. Most of the time with 4 kids in it that weigh like 20 pounds each...and sometimes against the wind. All I gotta say...I like how I look now compared even to how I looked last year at this time, but I don't love how I look. And hopefully this will help me with that, and help my family to get healthy again.
