Trying to catch up... I worked out today. My goal is 5 days a week but there are some weeks I know I won't be able to keep that goal. Right now I am trying to remain positive. I wish chocolate was a diet food!! I am frustrated because no weight is coming off! It's like I eat very little and still the same weight. Anyway I am not giving up. I read other people's post and I see some of us have the same problem. It helps to know I'm not alone.
