Day one !

So today was awesome ! I don't usually eat vegetables because I have a huge texture problem and I'm also not a huge fan of the taste, like I eat a few veggies but not a whole lot so today I ate a green salad for dinner with tomatoes, green and red pepers, cucumber and celery so that's a pretty big step for me so I'm really happy I actually ate it! Then workout wise I skipped for 30 minuets without a break and did 65 sit-ups all while jamming out to 24/seven to keep me motivated ! Feeling so good !
