uggghhhh I'm sooooo tiiirrreedddd sixth period basketball: - 4 one lap sprints in under 1:30 mins
- it was really cold, I got a really bad headache, and it was getting really hard to breathe but I pulled through.
after school weight training: - 4 sets x 8 reps
- 4 sets x 40 reps
- 4 sets x 8 reps
- barbell back squats
