Since I have started the choose 180 challenge I have significantly decreased the amount of soda that I drink and increased the amount of water I drink (yippee for that). I have TRIED to make it to the gym at least 5 days a week. I usually take the weekends off. I have to work on Saturdays and Sundays are family day. I am at the point now that if I don't make it to the gym I feel like something is missing in my day. I am going to take this as a good sign. I haven't had any candy but I have had sweets little Debbie brownies (total weakness) and birthday cake at my nephews birthday party (but I scraped off the icing because it was way way too sweet). Ok now for the problem at hand. My weight loss has been VERY VERY slow and incredibly frustrating. As you know we as humans want results here and now and that isn't what I am getting and it is just irratsting me. Well let me also through something else in I have become OBSEsefd with my scale. I am weighing every day or every other day which I know isn't right either. And before you ask no my clothes aren't feeling any different. Can someone please offer some suggestions to me please?
