Well I didn't reach all my goals yesterday but I still feel it was a pretty successful day. My #1 one goal was to laugh out loud & although I did't manage to accomplish this, I did find myself smiling a lot And for exercise I took an hour walk before church, did 30 minutes of aerobics to the 24/Seven album & then put in another hour before bed. Today I plan to eat cleaner & add some weights to my workout. Wishing everyone a fantastic week ahead!
