Today was pretty good. I added a few more reps to my sit-ups and leg lifts. Moved to level 3 on the bike and ran/walk/crawl 3 miles. I'm actually crawling less so I guess that's a good thing. I'm drinking more water and I've cut back on the diet Mt. Dews (my drug of choice). All in all a good day. I still haven't seen any improvement in how my clothes fit but heck I'm 50 and had a baby at 45... My body is all out of wack lol..... Anyway I'm rambling. I'm feeling better than I have in years. Tomorrow will be even better than today and if it isn't well the next day will be. I love to read others posts they inspire me and give me hope.
