All I can say is OMG!! I did 100 sit-ups!!! Now that isn't a big deal to some, but at my age and weight.......it's a big deal and huge accomplishment. I've actually lost 6 pounds. I'm actually beginning to think I may make my goal of losing 30 pounds!!! I know there are going to be set backs because my metabolism seems to be non existent. It used to be so easy to loose weight but now it's really hard. I have been wearing my Choose 180 bracelet and earrings everywhere to remind me nothing is impossible and to never give up.
