I'm not able to write everyday so I'm trying to post something every other day. That is Good Lord willing. Lol. Anyway I have been hitting the gym every morning for an hour or longer. I lost 3.5 pounds last week. I was hoping for more but I keep telling myself I didn't put the weight on over night and its not going to come off in one night. So I've lost 10 pounds since I started the challenge. I'm more determined than ever to reach my goal weight. I've got a long way to go but I'm staying positive. I pray a lot when I'm working out it keeps me focused. ? I hope everyone is successful with their goals.
