Never thought I'd say this but I can officially run one mile without stopping ! Had to do this in grade nine gym and I could never go more then one lap but now I can do a full mile ! So proud of myself I mean yeah I was a tired and wanted to stop but I knew I could do it and I wasn't stopping till I did ! So so so proud of myself!
