Well day number seventeena and still going strong ! Killing it with a new abs work put that works on toning your stomach and getting rid of the extra fat (: so I started tonight and I can honestly say I've never felt so much pain in my life ! But going to bed and waking up with sore abs is the best feeling in the world cause you know you did something !
