So this is my daily journal/ log book. I'll just write everything I do everyday. 6th period basketball (1 hour): - 9 suicides
- basketball drills
after school weight training (1 hour): (4 sets; 10-12 times) - barbell front squat
- stability ball planks (45 secs)
- inverted rows
- box jumps
- push ups
- hamstring curls
at home: - 30 mins jog- 2 miles/4 mph
