mind over matter. you can get through your exercise. every second in is a second closer to being done. i jogged for 30 mins (at 4 mph) today and i was going to stop but i was so close to 2 miles so i just kept jogging till i got to 2 miles even though i got bad side cramps. dont think about it. push yourself. (:
