Doing a 180 challenge is a huge challenge especially in regards to everything going on in my life personal and work related. I am not doing this for my work related life but only for who I am as a person in my personal life. To be honest, I'm going through depression and I have cut myself many times before. I cant tell people that I'm doing it because they'll send me to a psych ward and think I'm unstable. I am very stable and I've let so many people bring me down that cutting myself took the "mental" pain and emotions away. I know now that I'm causing myself more harm by cutting and decided I needed to focus on me and focus on what makes me happy. I've been told that I am stupid, dumb, I'll never amount to anything, that I'm a horrible person. I don't have any friends and I'm a loner so I needed to realize that getting back into sports, working out, heating healthier, writing scripts, directing, producing, singing, dancing, going on hikes, reading books is what makes me happy. I don't need to feel loved to be happy. I am happy when I see others happy. I am happy when I see people who are suffering, no long suffer and can support themselves individually and with others by their side.
During and even long after this challenge is over, I'm going to not only lose the weight I need, but also tone my body and tone my muscles. I am going to go for a hike or walk or a run every morning and every night. I am going to cut out sweets and eat more fruits and veggies and watch my calorie intake and carb intake. I am going to buy a book and read it everyday. I am going to continue writing my scripts with inspiration I find in life. Most importantly, I am going to take care of myself physically and emotionally. I'll let all the negativity wash away and focus on my life and the important things that need to happen. I am going to donate all my old clothes that I no longer wear to numerous charities so less fortunate individuals and families can provide for themselves and their loved ones.
