Ingredients: Pita Bread Lettuce Spinach Tomatoes Ground Chicken Olive Oil Sea Salt Chili Powder
Directions: In a hot skillet, pour in the olive oil to coat the pan. Add in the Ground Chicken and lightly sprinkle sea salt on top. For about 3 minutes start breaking the chicken letting all sides cook. Add a few dashes of Chili Powder and mix around. Let the chicken, sea salt, chili powder and olive oil mix together until fully cooked and oil has evaporated. Move off of heat to cool down.
With a knife, slightly cut open the pita bread but do not rip through the bread. Add a slice on the very top but do not cut every side open. Leave it open so it looks like a pocket. Now be creative. You can add the chicken first or tomatoes or greens. I like to dice up my lettuce and add a heap inside the bottom of the pita bread. Then I slice up a large tomato starting from the side to middle to the end. I add a couple in next. I then add my Spinach and then my chicken. I top it off with more lettuce and the rest of the tomatoes.
There you have it. I do not even coat it with any dressing because you have all the natural flavors from the chicken, olive oil, chili powder and the raw cold crisp of lettuce and spinach and the wetness of the tomatoes.
