Somehow I gained 4 pounds!! I am sick to my stomach. How? I have been very careful what I eat I've worked out every day. ...... Very frustrated. A few months ago I would have said screw it and went for a milkshake and candy bar , but I got on the elliptical machine and proceeded to workout. I'm not going to let this beat me, I refuse to give up. It sucks that my metobilism seems to be non existent. Oh well, Tomorrow is another day. Think I will stay off the scales for a while and just focus on getting healthy. .

Think I will stay off the scales for a while and just focus on getting healthy. . please don't give up. Tomorrow is a new day. Put today behind you and start all over again tomorrow. I have to tell you I am having the exact same problem. I keep loosing and gaining the same 5 pounds. I have been going to the gym every day since the beginning of this challanger with the exception of Saturdays because I have to work. I am very very frustrated with everything right now!!!!! I have noticed though that I do have a lot more energy I do feel a lot stronger (my upper body strength has gotten a lot stronger) and my pants are starting to feel more loose in the waist butt and thighs. That is what I am going to go by for now. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat and that might be your situation. Also let me just give you something to think about. I have noticed that I have to do more cardio right now than weight training to get results but I get the feeling that is just for now. I also have very limited time to work out in the morning before I have to get ready for work and I want to make the most of that time. Just something to think about. Just do what you think is best for you. Listen to your own body. Go choose 180 challange HUGS!!!!!!!!! AG

Thank you. I'll try the cardio thing and see if it helps. It's so discouraging because my butt is just as wide now as when I started! Of course I have always had a large rear. Lol. Good luck and thanks for your advice. It's great to know others are having similar problems.
