So, we're 6 weeks into the challenge and this past week was a terrible one for me. Minimal workouts and walks/runs+Halloween candy=+3 lbs. C'est la vie. Today's a new day and I'm back on track eating properly and will wake up early tomorrow (I hope) to get my workout in before work.

Today's a new day and I'm back on track eating properly and will wake up early tomorrow (I hope) to get my workout in before work. halloween candy is so very evil I have decided that and no one can tell me otherwise. I have managed to pawn the majority of it off on my co workers but we still have snickers and Milky Way sitting at home. I have been doing really good resisting the temptation of eating them and then yesterday....I was already having a crappy day as far as what I was eating so I am like 2 snicker (fun size) won't really matter. I only ate 2 so I was pretty proud of myself. But then I beat myself up because I am like that just wasted my trip to the gym for today. My mindset has totally changed. Things didn't change much today. 2 more snicker bars. I really wish all of this candy would just go away. I have notices that I get better results when I do more cardio then weight training but I do love my body pump class. You have such a great attitude. Put yesterday behind you and move onto today. Brush yourself off and start over fresh. There is no use in beating yourself up on mistakes you have made in the past just look into the future. You go!!!!!!! I know you can do it!!!!!!! HUGS. There's a legend about me that says I have been known to eat an entire bag of fun size Snickers. The legend is true. Sweets are my biggest, biggest downfall. Thanks for the encouragement!
