Stepped up my workout a little and all I can say is, "Ouch.". I need to remember that I'm 35 not 25.

Stepped up my workout a little and all I can say is, "Ouch.". I need to remember that I'm 35 not 25. just remember it is a good "ouch" and not a bad "ouch". Don't overdo it too fast or too much you don't want to hurt yourself. It is ok to push yourself (I do it also) but you don't want to do it to the point where you do muscle damage. Kicked up my indoor workout since it's getting so cold here (and dark by the time I get out of work). Feeling good but so, so sore. Hope you had a great week!
