Back to the gym. I'm a little sluggish since I've skipped a few workouts. This will be a short week since I have to take my mom to the hospital on Friday. Of course next week is the school Thanksgiving luncheon and then Thanksgiving. I've decided I'm going to eat but not make a pig of myself. Lol. I'm not giving up I will loose this weight and get healthy. . I'm feeling so much better thanks to this challenge Keep up the great work everyone. Your posts are very inspiring.

Your posts are very inspiring. you are at least getting back into the gym and trying to get back into a routine. The holidays are so busy with all the hussle and bustle of family, eating and shopping there is hardly enough hours left in the day for exercise. As long as you can maintain during the holidays and not pig out you know you are doing good. Oh and not stress out. Yeah that is a big one. I hope everything is OK with your mother.
