I just wanted to let all of my choose 180 challange friends know that yes I am still alive and I am sorry I haven't been around in awhile. I am finding out that it is easier to respond to others entries and offer words of encouragement then write my own entries. I don't know why. Hugs to everyone. Go choose 180 challengers. Let's not use the thanksgiving holiday as an excuse to pig out and eat unhealthy. Just because we cannot work out or go to the gym during the holidays doesn't mean that we cannot eat unhealthy. Why can't we just just take a quick walk around the block or a quick activity on the gaming system. We don't have to spend an hour working out. Just remember something is better than nothing.
