I am having a few setbacks workout wise but tomorrow is a new day and I hope I wake up feeling well enough to get into the groove again. tomorrow is the beginning of a new day. Put today behind you and tomorrow is a new day that you can start fresh. Just remember all you have to do is a little bit or what you consider is a little bit. The holidays are busy and stressful enough and doesn't give you enough time for yourself to be able to do for yourself. You need to make time for yourself even if it is 15, 30, 45 minutes or 1 hours and when you get this time make the most of it. You said you want to allow time for meditation. You might also want to try yoga. Some of the moves are very relaxing and go with the flow and it gives you a chance to empty your mind and for a short period of time and worry about nothing. Try it and let me know how it works out HUGS!!!!!! Go choose 180 challenge. I am here for you no matter what AG

Thanks, sister! I needed that pep talk. :-)
Yoga would definitely be a good thing for me. I've tried meditation but, in all honesty, I need to take a Xanax to slow my mind down to get into my happy place! I can't get out of my own head! Lol!
