Wake up every morning and go for a mile run either at the stadium or in the park or your neighborhood. REMEMBER do not drink too much water before you go running. DO drink water the night before. Drinking lots of water before you run will make you cramp up. If you are a fast runner, keep running or atleast jog to put in about 30 minutes of cardio.
If you don't have school or work in the morning, take time to add more exercise to your morning.
After the cardio, find a nice patch of grass. Start doing jumping jacks. If you can do 50 go for it. If you can go to 100, the greatest luck to you. After that, get on the grass on your knees, place both hands on the grass and stretch your legs out. Make sure your back is NOT straightened out. Your body should be in a V shape. Next, try to hit your knee up towards chest, but do not hit your chest. Do the same with your other knee. These are called Mountain Climbers. Keep it up and faster and faster until you can feel the burn and start sweating.
