I live on a mountain (sorta) and I just walked down it and then back up. I posted 2 videos on instagram (Lauressa Glover) of how far I walked first and then a video of tomorrow's challenge. Also, before my walk tomorrow, I'm going to do the Wii Fitness game and work up my body. Of course I won't over work my body! It's going to be the Wii Fitness then I'll wait a few hours until my mom or brother gets home and then I'll go for my walk. I'd do a run but I like walking better because you can focus more on speed and also just look around you and appreciate nature. I'm super ready for this challenge and I'm going to be super dedicated to this for all 180 days!
