There is 4 reasons I joined this choose 180 challenge but they are all directly related to one another. I want to significantly reduce the amount of caffeine (soda) I drink and drink more water. I have always been told that water is better for your over all health and I guess it is about time to test that out. Next I want to eat better. I am a stress eater. I need to figure out what triggers my stresser and learn how to redirect those to more activities. I also love love love my sweets. Yeah that is all I can say about that. I also would like to be able to go to the gym more and have a good quality workout. I have been doing that for the last couple of weeks even before this challenge started. I am starting to get to the point now that if I don't get to the gym I feel guilty about it. Is that a bad thing. MY ULTIMATE GOAL is to be able to successful run a 5K race. I tried to do this a couple of years ago but I had to drop out in the middle of the race because of respiratory problems. Oh and loosing a couple of pounds in between wouldn't be bad either. Is this too much. Am I just setting myself up to fail or do you think where there is a will there is a way. One last thing all of the boys (men) of BTR are my inspiration to workout everyday. I have a compilation of their music on u tube that I listen to every time I work out. I never get tired of listening to the music.
