6th period basketball (one hour): - layup drills
- basketball drills
- review plays competition
- injured knee
home: (knee still hurts but pulling through) - 15 mins jog- 1 mile/4 mph
- 5 mins workout with bro (one min of each)
- mountain climbers
- high knees
- wide arm push ups
- mountain climbers
- sit ups
