Well, here we are. 180 days have come and gone. Here's what I've done in 180 days: I've lost a total of 15 lbs. (not to shabby), I started training to run a 10k (May 18th), I've been blessed that someone I have never met is now one of my best friends (love you, Angie!) and I will continue to keep my healthy lifestyle from here on out (at least as long as I can :-P). I have to say a huge, "Thank you!" to Mama Schmidt because without her I wouldn't have done so much in 180 days. Here's to all of us that took the challenge and made the changes, cheers! Hoping all of you continue to move forward and always remember to wake up each day and be awesome!
