Day two was better. I was sore from the workout on day one. My eating was a little better, couldn't resist the lasagna at work, but had better snacks and breakfast, I need to go shopping this weekend for food I can take to work.
I walked for 20 minutes around work pushing 3 of the kids I teach in a stroller. Then during my lunch break(which is an hour long) I walked for 30 minutes, just about, around my work building. I can feel it in my legs so much...here goes to hoping day 3 I can do even better.
