Day 3

Well, my day 3 so far, I woke up at 10 and had a small breakfast. After letting my stomach settle, I decided to do Wii Fitness for about 1 hour. I broke it up in 5 different games.
Running: 5 minutes
Yoga poses: 5 minutes each (Shoulder Stand, Lunges, Triceps workouts, Chair, Side Steps. Did all required reps for each move)
Boxing: 10 minutes (I retook it each time I was done for the whole 10 minutes portion)
Side Steps (aerobics): 5 minutes
Hula Hoop (aerobics): 5 minutes
Then I rested for 30 minutes.
I'm doing more again tomorrow. I might go for a walk again later. I don't want to over exert my body though.
