Started to weigh myself daily (still 91,5 kg) and making a selfie in the mirror (with normal clothes on). Throughout the day I ate 2 bananas, 2 apples, 1 peach and a handful of grapes. Dill salmon steak (steamed) for lunch plus rice. Stomach ache in the evening - maybe too much fruits? Was too lazy for workout bad consciens I must change breakfast habits: only 2 cups of coffee, can't eat something in the morning. In general I drink too much coffee, that's my 'elexir of life' since the age of 16. Walked several times to the fridge and the pantry, but resisted; somehow like a tiger in a cage. At the end of the day in a good mood.
