Hey everyone! There is an app my friend showed me a while ago, called Lose It! that helps you know how much you need to take in a day to maintain a healthy body and to lose some extra pounds! And get to your goal weight! And my favorite part about this app is that you can do it along side of your friends! It helps motivate you by seeing the progress of others you are friends with. Sar, Do you know if its for iphone only? :/ I have an andriod and sometimes these apps only work for one but not the other.. thanks for the tip though
