Dropped my husband off at work at 5am (we are down to 1 car right now) and then went to the gym for a Body Pump class. my upper body is so so weak. I made it through the whole class which I am really excited about. The caffeine headaches finally seem to be subsiding (thank goodness). I have figured out if I drink MORE water than I drink soda than I am pretty safe. I do have to admit though that by the middle of the afternoon it felt like something was missing from my day like my workout until I remember my body pump class. I am going to take this as a good sign. Now if I can just take control of how much food I eat during the day everything would be great
