My day 3 was good again for eating healthy and avoiding soda...trying to drink more water, I continue to drink hot and cold green tea
One of the families that I baby sit for, the mom is a trainer at the gyms in the area and she asked me to be her guest to one of her classes. I have worked out using kettle bells before so I said sure...I did the 30 minute kettle bell class and she had me using a 10 and 15 pound kettle bell for the different exercises. After that class, she talked me into staying for her other two classes which were pilates and an advance workout. I did enough squats for a month. I was at the gym from 5:30-7:30..I will be feeling it tomorrow but I am glad that I did it.
