I unexpectedly got my workout in this afternoon! My dad had gone after my dog, who is 17 yrs old and decided to go half way through a soy bean field, and needed an inhaler. I had to run through half a soy bean field to get it to him only to find out that it was empty! Then I had to walk my dog back to the house while my mom drove my dad back to the house. When I got back to the house I found out that my dad had lost his pager somewhere in the field and I had to walk back through the field to find it.
My snacking has gotten better! I try to limit the number of sweets to about 2-3 a day if not less. Plus when I have been snacking, I have been changing to more healthy options. Instead of a sweet, I have swapped it out for fruit, or chips and salsa, or other healthy options. For me I have to watch the amount of sugar and sodium, so I have been trying my best to look at the label and keep both levels as low as possible.
