woke up this morning and had a nice breakfast. After breakfast I went down to the sports complex with one of my friends and she kicked my butt. I walked 4 laps around to warm up then I did two laps of lunges (lunges on the straight ways and walked the curves) then sprints before walking home (it's only three blocks from my house) very sore but I feel good about it.
Also on a positive note, I haven't had soda/fast food in almost a week and my skin has cleared up a lot. I was actually able to leave the house without piling on the foundation and concealer. Still had to use a little to cover up some scars but I love that I don't have any new breakouts. Now if only I could lose weight as fast as my skin cleared up
